Boasting around 900 pubs across Britain and Ireland, it’s inspired more than one copycat pub abroad.
Now booze-loving Brits can get a taste of home while soaking up the sun in Thailand.
Visitors can order a pint for just £2.13 at the chain dupe and the all-day fry-up is just £2.78.
English tourists who’ve paid the pub a visit have raved about it online, racking up glowing reviews with a 4.2 out of 5 score on Google.
One visitor, solo traveller Kelly Clarkson, said she “had to try it”.
She said: “I’m not into bars and drinking but had to try it.
“The food was divine. Value for money.
“A good time out though. There are pool tables and good music.”
After enjoying a greasy meal and a pint, punters can sit back and catch up on live sports.
The restaurant also has pool stables and a giant dart board for those really missing the home experience.
A local guide stated: “Excellent sport’s bar with good staff and manager, also the food specials are very good, breakfast I recommend breakfast of champions and fish and chips Fridays specials.”
And another customer, Greg, added: “A good place to hang out, people watch, watch sports, play pool and have some decent food.
“The food is good. Portions can be a little small but the price is reflective.
“The service is good.”
Witherspoons is not the only dupe of the beloved Brit classic to open abroad.
Another haunt, cleverly dubbed Weatherspains, can be found in another popular hotspot on the Costa Del Sol.
They sell traditional Spoons classics including gammon, chips and peas, sausage and mash and a range of deep filled pies.
Unlike Wetherspoon’s in the UK, they offer a collection service and outdoor seating to soak up the sunny Spanish weather.
It’s run by Brits and has a 4.5 rating on Tripadvisor, making it higher than almost all of the UK Wetherspoon’s.
There’s also a dupe pub located in Turkey, which also serves pints and fry-ups on the cheap.
Weatherspoon Fun Pub, is located along the luscious coastal stretch of Marmaris, Turkey.
To up the feel of holiday fun this Turkish equivalent also plays music.
They hire impersonators in the evening and have hosted a variety of Disney characters as well as a Michael Jackson impersonator.
