AN URGENT hunt is on for a man who allegedly tried to abduct a six-year-old girl from a pub.
The man “persuaded” the young child to leave the site, but was challenged by the girl’s father and fled the pub alone shortly after.
He is understood to have arrived at the St Bernard’s Grange Pub between 7pm and 8pm on February 1.
The man is described as in his 30s and around 6ft 2ins to 6ft 3ins tall.
He was wearing a black beanie and a black jacket, West Midlands Police has said.
A spokesman for the force said: “Do you know this man? We want to speak to him after the attempted abduction of a girl aged six in Birmingham.

“The man was described as being in his 30s, around 6ft2-3ins, and was wearing a black beanie and a black jacket.”
