SIX women have been accused of strolling out of a pub after racking up a £140 bill by “stuffing their faces” and downing booze.

The group, who had a baby with them, headed into Worcester‘s Wheelbarrow Castle for Saturday feast late last month.

The women have now been posted to social media by the pub’s landlady[/caption]

Landlady Sarah Hutchins claimed the women spent hours polishing off plates of food and guzzling alcoholic drinks.

A receipt shows the group ordered a heap of ribs, nachos, fish and chips and other meals, while downing wine and beer.

But after they’d finished up Sarah says the women slipped out past the bar one-by-one with CCTV snapping them.

One woman even appeared to run out as she fled the boozer.

The pub landlady claimed staff tried to chase the women down – but they swore and laughed as they took off.

Sarah said the women fled in a dark blue 4×4 and a dark coloured VW Golf.

She has now posted the footage from March 23 to Facebook.

Sarah wrote: “These delightful ladies were part of a group of six women that decided to leave without paying their £140 bill.

“They shot off in a 73 plate car, nice of them to stick their fingers up to our staff who tried to chase after them as they sped off.

“You’d think they would be able to pay their bill unless their car was stolen too.

“You people are why pubs are closing every day. It’s a hard enough job as it is without scumbags thinking it’s ok to fill their faces with food and drink and then do a runner.”

The landlady said it was “very rare” that customers took off without paying.

She continued: “They don’t seem to give a monkeys.

“When my staff went to clear their table it was absolutely filthy and they’d even left a dirty nappy on the windowsill.

West Mercia Police statement:

“We did receive a report of theft from the Wheelbarrow Castle and Country Pub in Radford on Saturday 23 March.

No arrests have been made.”

“I just want these people to know that I will not stand by and do nothing.

“What gives anyone the right to get away without paying and then swear and laugh at my staff?”

West Mercia Police confirmed they had received a report of theft from the pub.

A spokesperson said: “No arrests have been made.

“We did receive a report of theft from the Wheelbarrow Castle and Country Pub in Radford on Saturday 23 March.”

The women were said to have taken off in two different cars – a dark blue 4×4 and a dark coloured VW Golf
