‘Ultimate hangover food’ diners rave as pub blends Sunday roast with CURRY – so would you try it?

A PUB has spiced up its menu by combining traditional Sunday roasts with spicy Indian cuisine.

It is offering customers butter chicken roast with ginger, garlic and Kashmiri chilli sauce and a Yorkshire pudding.

Alternatively, diners can tuck into lamb chops marinated in smoked spices with minced keema.

Vegetarians, meanwhile, can order a scrambled paneer makhani pot pie with chips.

Customers have raved about the dishes at The Gladstone Arms in Borough, South London, with one calling them “the ultimate hangover food”.

They said: “You get the spice needed for the end of a night, and the Sunday roast experience.”

The family-run pub, which serves its Anglo-Indian innovations every Sunday, says its chicken tikka masala pie is a customer favourite.
